How do I get there?
Luna Park is located at Milsons Point, under the northern end of the Sydney Harbour Bridge! It’s super easy to get to by train, ferry, bus or car; we even have a carpark with 389 spaces – fees apply.

Is there food?
Yep, a bunch of eateries can be found across Luna Park and also within the Big Top. Hot/cold, veg/meato food will be available as well as soft drinks and snacks. It’s all reasonably priced too!
Is there alcohol?
Alcohol is available from a couple of bars inside the Big Top. You will be required to show your 18+ ID so don’t forget it!
Can we go on the rides?
That’s half the fun! Your ticket includes unlimited rides from 3pm until doors open at 5.30pm. Come and make a day of it!
Are there pass-outs? (Can I leave the Big Top and re-enter as much as I’d like?)
Once you enter the Big Top there are no pass-outs until you leave. We do have outdoor smoking areas, loungey foyer areas, food and plenty of bathrooms.

Can I smoke in Luna Park or the Big Top?
Smoking is not permitted inside the Big Top but we have a designated smoking area located on the Tumble Bug slab for Come Together patrons.
What’s the dress code?
We aren’t strict but some rides do require closed shoes (no thongs or sandals).
What can I bring into the venue?
External food and beverage will not be permitted to be brought into the venue, but don’t worry, there are plenty of options inside. Items considered to be dangerous will also not be permitted into the venue. Any bags LARGER than an A3 size; 29.7 cm by 42 cm will be required to be FORCED CLOAKED.
What kind of I.D do I need to bring to the event?
This is an 18+ year’s event and you will be required to show proof of age. In accordance with Liquor Regulations, the only acceptable forms of proof of age are:
- Australians Driver’s License
- Service NSW issued Photo Card
- Valid Passport
Who are the approved ticket sellers for Come Together?
Buy Safe, Buy Right!
Come Together is committed to the safe practice of ticket purchasing activity. Please ensure you “Buy right”, and purchase only through the authorised channels of sale; from Come Together, Big Top Sydney, Ticketek and/or Oztix.
The Big Top Sydney has no obligations to honour any tickets bought outside of these legitimate channels including outlets; Gumtree, VIAGOGO, Ticketmaster Resale, eBay, Facebook or other third party on sellers.
Can someone else pick my tickets up from the Box Office for me?
Venue collect tickets can only be collected by the credit card holder upon presentation of the credit card used, in conjunction with valid ID.
I’ve lost my ticket(s)/my tickets were not delivered – What do I do?
Credit Card holders who have lost their ticket(s) will need to contact the ticketing agency they purchased their tickets from immediately.
If you have purchased them from the Big Top Box Office, please send an email to email@example.com.
In the email, let us know what went wrong and include details such as the full name of the person who purchased the tickets, confirmation number what tickets were purchased and a contact number.
A small ticket reprint fee may apply to Big Top customers (i.e. the credit card holder) – conditions apply.
I’m an Annual Pass holder. Does that let me in or can I get a discount?
Come Together is a special event, unfortunately Annual Pass-holders will need to purchase a ticket to attend the event should they wish to come.
The tickets I bought and printed have my name on them. Can other people use them if I give them my tickets?
If you are unable to attend Come Together you are able to give your ticket to someone else to use.
Does the Big Top off mobility access?
If you require mobility access or assistance please give the Box Office a buzz! We will be able to coordinate for your needs to ensure for the best enjoyment at Come Together!
Do you have a companion card policy?
Holders of a National or State issued Companion card may request a companion ticket equivalent to the ticket type held by the Companion Card holder. Upon approval of request, Come Together will issue companions a complimentary ticket to be collected @ the Box Office on the day with the Companion Card present.
